With Darter’s Marketplace filtering tools, you can visually match available trips to your drivers’ active routes. No more toggling, no more blind spots — just faster, smarter dispatching.

What Is Marketplace and How Do I Get There?

Marketplace is where transportation providers can find and claim unassigned trips to assign to their drivers.

To access it:

Log in to the Darter Portal on a desktop browser
On the left-hand menu, click Marketplace

Note: Access may require specific permissions. If you don’t see it, check with your administrator.

How to use Filter Driver feature to assign a trip to a driver?

Step 1: Click Filter Driver in the top right of the filter bar.

Step 2: Search by the driver’s name or code to view their active routes. Select the route(s) and click Apply Filter to display them on the map.

Step 3: Clicking on available trip in the Trip Table will overlay its route on the selected existing route, which will aid in determining the best fit based on the driver’s location at the time.

Step 4: Click Assign in the Trip Table. Done.

Other Marketplace Filter Features

Marketplace’s filter bar works similarly to the Dispatch filter bar — but with a few additional options:

Filter by broker

Select date ranges using the calendar tool

These filters make it easier to narrow down trip opportunities by time frame or broker source.
